    Adsense are banning low quality site although they not against Adsense tos but provide significant risk to the advertiset

    Google never tells people why they bann their accounts.

    It's against their " protection system ", you should read the FAQ to see what potential reasons could be.

    As previously mentioned, it is likely because your URL redirects to arabs.com. You were likely banned because you can receive irrelevant traffic through domain redirects, which is potentially negative for the advertisers. Only Google knows, and if they haven't provided reason they probably won't.

    Exactly what it sounds like. Paying to have traffic pushed to your website.

    Everyone? Why can't you question Google. He may not be at fault here, who knows.
