Im using Ebay Partner Network and it has been successful for me. Not sure if you can do it from India though. You will just have to go to their site and see. The other one I have been successful with, other than Adsense, is YPN. Try all options. But you should at least TRY to have your site reconsidered for Adsense. Depending on the reason they dropped you, you may have a chance of having your account reinstated with them. I know at least two people who had their accounts reinstated but unfortunately, it seems there are alot more people who are unable to reinstate their account.

 

have you tried signing up to adsense again? Use a different email address but assuming that still doesn't work then sign up in your mums name or your dads, or anyone else you trust who doesn't need an account.

I have only suggested it as a possible way for you as you said 99% of your traffic is Indian. Hopefully they are suitable for you (if you have more than 20,000 unique impressions per month... it seems ok as that is less than 700 uniques per day).
