    Did you took me wrong? I asked abut permalink option in Wordpress admin which makes your URL SEO friendly :) google over it.

    Its not what you do ...its how you do it....(Being professional is the key)

    If Google ban you for no reason and you don't fight your case with Google in professional way. Then there will be 0% probability that you can reinstate your account.. but if you do it professionally then the probability will go around 20% and yes there is 80% chance that your account will be banned forever!! RIP

    Your case has to be genuine in order to get it reinstated. If you just fill out the form with irrelevant information and you will end up getting no results.

    Google doesn't ban an Adsense account instantly. As far as I know, a warning email will be sent to the Adsense publisher regarding the violation.

    Google bans an account instantly in extreme cases and sends the warning email if the violation can easily be rectified.
