Examples like these should serve as warning to other people to not violate Adsense TOS? But can someone else fiddle around with your adsense code just by using your pub ID???
Send them a letter by mail. 100s of them. A professional letter. Keep sending them until they reinstate your account. Send letters to everybody at Google adsense.
Contact Adsense Support in their forums tell them the real problem if u are lucky u might get ur account back ( 1% Possible)
Try to send an email asking for more detailed explanation why are you being banned. But honestly, do not expect much that they will disable your account again.
posted by fm1234: I hate to bump an old thread, but as I made a stink about my issue with AdSense here and elsewhere I feel somewhat compelled to come back and say that, after more than two years, my AdSense account has finally been reinstated. At no point has anyone from Google ever made it clear why it was disabled, or for that matter why it is now back on. I do know from the AdSense support forums that I was but one of many users who had this problem around the same time, and while I missed my AS income it was not a huge part of what I had going on at the time. I'm glad to have it back up and running, but really amazed that in all this time no one at G. has ever had anything to say about the screw up that lead to it being disabled in the first place. Frank
