Do not reveal the whole secrets here. Remeber you are banned for life and that was a back door policy accepted by adsense, though not right. In otherwords in fact it is your brother who is earning now and not you.As per rules of adsense , The person is banned for life though a bit harsh!!
I would not recommend this. If a guy at Google finds out, it will think you are trying to cheat. If you want to apply again, I suggest that you use a different website and also another name. That name could be a simple business name. You probably can give the name of your wife as the responsible person. Also use postal box as the address or different address. That should be safe.
register with new address (some frnd address ) and with a new website .. after approved you can put the same code in old website too ..
