of course not! your the only one who did wrong and violate TOS. your wife and children and grand children can apply for the google adsense but IP is an issue here. If your wife want to apply you need other IP and a very different email. In my case my IP used by my brother to apply last year and i applied this year and grant to have an account. i know whats on your mind right now, better to tell your wife to apply not you as a proxy. of course they doen't know who really applied if you or your wife coz you know all the info of your wife. try it and lets see what gonna happen. this is good too that you ask advise on DP memebers, your now our experiment lol joke tell us an update ok!

Hah, what is this? Can you elaborate on it? I really can't believe that someone (be it G. staff or whoever) is able to unbann an Adsense account for 100$!!! Not that I really care as I myself am planning to remove the ads soon from most of my sites, but still simply can't believe it.... Any proof? @ latoure, never been banned, but what I have read across the DP forums tells me that if you use different physical address, different name, different website (only to register initially, then you can place ads on the old one) and different, but real (not proxy) IP it works...or at least the guys around here say so. If you ask me and if your site allows it - replace the ads with quality affiliate programs. That way I earn way more and that's the reason I am not putting ads on new sites I make and am about to remove them fromsome of the old sites... Anyway, hope you will get a new acc. ...Forgot something - define the reason your first account got banned and avoid it so that you don't get a bann again! Maybe something against adsense TOS?...
You should not use the same postal address. Google has a department to validate the authenticity of the profile. They have access to your bio data,your family members' name and they even have resources to validate the postal address. Their screening process involves background check(which you were not aware).
Sure, as I know you can use your name and your address to register a new account again but you have to have a new site.

Yes absolutley, google is not a fool. It is a multi billion dollar company. They wouldn't have sustained the market if they have failed to ban violating accounts. Adsense and Adwords are the cash tree for google so they know what to do. They have expert team to analyze the possible fraudulent behavior that might be used by publishers and how to stop it. Don't even think that you can beat their system by your single brain there are 1000's and 1000's of brains are working.
Yes they do the background check on each applicant, they will check the applicant's name, address, ip , browser id if it is in anyway associated with any existing adsense account or banned account. In the case of banned account google will do more serious check, If the banned applicant is reapplying with any of his family member's name then there is a probability of getting disaaproved. Even if google is little suspicious it will not approve your application.
Google rules don't deny your mother/father/husband/wife/siters/brothers signup because they may have their website/blog. Google only denies you register multi accounts. You can register under your mother/father/husband/wife/siters/brothers name, of course but don't use old website which used and banned.

Google is aware that some publishers are businessmen and the account/payee name is just an employee/representative. So they still allow same website (business) and postal address (business address). Otherwise, they will ban the website too. The fact that they don't ban the website only means that you are still allowed to run Adsense on them but with different representative. Google Adsense only bans the name and email address, nothing more. But sometimes they allow even the exact full name if that person has different demographic details since name is not unique, 2 or more persons can have the same first and last names. And Adsense does not ask for middle name anyway.
Just make sure that the two accounts have nothing in common except the name. Different: Address (use a friends) IP (find a guide of how to change your IP via google) Website Then you will be fine!
