Banned from Adsense--Can my family members still sign up?

If I am banned from Google adsense, can my wife sign up for an account if she has her own URL and lives at the same address and IP as me or does it mean if you are banned, your entire family also has a lifetime ban while they live with you ? If thats the case, will my son's children also be banned if they live with us in the same home?
I ask this due to Googles very rigid and unforgiving policy on using their Adsense services to the letter of the guidebook.

Any official feedback is welcomed....I need the straight scoop on this one.

No.. A relative of yours with the same family name that you have will also be banned. You must find a friend/ relative with different family name. (Based on my friend's experience)

I think you cannot place the same address in your new account.

Logically, there is nothing wrong if two members of the same family have two different adsense accounts.

But, if google discovers the new account getting associated with the old website where the original account got the ban, it might give the same treatment to the new account as well...

You should not try registering somebody with the same family name and close address as yours. A friend of mine got banned months ago and tried registering under his mom's name, just matter of weeks, it also got banned. So he registered under his auntie's identity (who has different last name than his) and now he is still using it.

As far as i know, Adsense bans only email address and full name. That means you can use same postal address, same last name, same IP address, and same website. That's based on my own experience. Im banned once using my name and personal email address due to invalid clicks which i admit i was guilty. After a couple of weeks i signed up for a new account using my little brother's name and my other email address. The only downside though is I have to always bring my brother to Western Union to collect the payout. I've learned my lesson now so i don't do illegal activity anymore. Its been a year already and adsense is paying me $200 to $300 a month.

yes your family can sign up... but your IP will get rejected. Go to your local library and do it or your friends house. NEVER USE PROXY... If you have $100 I know some links where they unbann your account for you.

i think you can do that. But use first a different website for registration, then after few weeks use your main website again.

Nobody can claim to be authoritative on any of Google's banning policy. They are very secretive. I guess they want to ban more people. This is because they are a monopoly.

I would suggest to avoid using any connection such as family name, address, IP number, etc. A totally different identity will be safer...

I would suggest you to go for a relative's name, entirely different postal address, apply for a new website in Adsense and finally dont use your IP Adress to login into your account. I think this is more than safe and should work..

    All,

Thanks for the wonderful suggestions. This is what Im going to do.

We will apply using my wifes name (different name from the banned account), my mothers address(again, different from the banned account address), (different Social security number-Wifes), (different email), different domain name(registered under my wifes name)....and ..as a bonus, I called my DSL provider and they showed me how to change my IP address(apparently its not static).

Now tell me..how much more sanitized can a re-application to Adsense get?

    Thoughts?

Go ahead , but after you reach $100 , google will send you an email , that they found that your account is related with an account which was previously banned and eat up all the money.
