Read the damn thread, he said nothing about invalid clicks. Stop trying to boost your post count.

What kind of content was it? Just some articles from the BBC? (from what someone said...) I report articles or excerpts from time to time. I give credit... I don't know what he did, but is it not covered under fair use?

Even though the notice was sent, it will most likely end there if you do something about it, like remove the copied content. The other people that sent the notice probably know that it would not be worth it to go after you legally, as that costs a lot of money and a lot of time. That's probably why they sent the notice to google.

Remove that content, and open up a word doc. Explain that the content in question was removed, provide the info they need to process your counter notice, and fax it to google... that should do it. It's only logical. I *think adsense will reopen your access if they see you're trying to do the right thing. Google is not a legal middle man. They're just doing what they have to do to protect themselves.

    Hope that helps.

This could actually be an indirect trick to make you hand over your full contact information, what they are essentially asking for is all your contact information and from the looks of it they will forward it to the complaintant.

Send the letter. You don't have anything to lose. If you don't send it, you may have more problems later.

If you're not from US, I really don't see why you should worry about more problems, it can only help you get your Adsense account restored.

I don't think that should be the case... I could be wrong... but they could have obtained that same info from the domain. Maybe you can contact google by phone and ask what they will do with the information.

Never put all your eggs in one basket. It is important to diversify the source of income. There are many other ways to earn.

Don't fax anything, the fax is needed only if you are countering the arugment.

Since you already approve you stole it, just take the content down and email google saying that you removed the content and you will get reinstated.

Sending a fax to google is not needed in this case.

    Peace,

He had a "get rich quick" Mesotholemia/Asbestos blog (with Adsense, of course) that he filled with articles from the BBC site. My guess is that he went to the BBC site, did a search on mesotholemelia, and just copied everything the search result spat out and slapped it on his blog. That's it. The whole blog was nothing but MFA and served no purpose. Which is why I think all this effort to get him re-instated into Adsense is pointless and a slap in the face of people who actually tries to earn honestly with Adsense.

You messed up, it's time to pay the piper. Assuming the piper is a Nazi sniper, that is.

Sorry but I hope they sue your a$$ and take you for everything you've got. You don't even deserve to have an adsense account, IMHO
