If you get a new Adsense account under another legal entity, do not install the ads with your new PUB ID on sites where the banned ID was used. Your new account will be banned quickly. I've never been through it, but I have been read it on many forums.

I had my fill of Adsense, as you can see from the above. (Sorry that I can't create a clickable link, but I've not yet reached the needed number of postings to do that.)

Anyway, I am now using Bidvertiser. It pays out a lot less, but I don't get any of the trouble that Google gave me.

That's the main reason why people don't go with Bidvertiser. Their click and impression counting seem to be flawed. I tried them out for 2 weeks and only yield some clicks for the first few days. I earned a grand total of $8.39 for that 2 weeks. Utterly disappointing.

Bidvertiser will be huge I think but I agree I'm having the same issues with them at the moment.

Bidvertiser has been around for a while already. If they cannot fix the problem, I doubt they can progress further. By the way, they are already a big network already.

I have been registering to register my websites with Adsense again but it seems that Adsense don't seem to accept proxy websites as your primary URL anymore or something.
