i don't think CJ can ban you for that, but the specific merchant may decide to drop you from their program.

I'm guessing that you're talking about leads to sales - If an advertiser can prove you've used fraud in the process, yes. Otherwise, you're just out of the program.

CJ tells me I'm in danger of being dropped they stole $10 from my account last month and are getting ready to dump me for a dormant account. Anybody know how I can get some click sales fast?

Sign up with eBay and buy something.

CJ didn't 'steal' anything. They charge a dormant account fee if you're not making any money.

Thanks for that tidbit of information. I was not aware of this myself. Too much information from too many places to absorb sometimes.:)

Half the problems that people have with CJ/AdSense/whatever are because people just don't bother reading the terms they agree to.

Everyone should read the TOS once a month - if you can't invest 2 minutes of reading time, then you're in the wrong business. :)

What are these TOS you speak of :|
Are they those things you agree to when you sign up everywhere?
The things noone (except you lol) reads. pppphhhhh nothing good is ever in them. I nice sex scene in it might make it worth a read though :D

If you are generating valid leads and they aren't converting on the backend thats not your fault. If the click to conversion on the lead form isnt good that you should look for a similar program with better converting page. You can always ask the merchant for a higher payout...you may get when you produce a good volume of leads/sales. Most merchants want to grow their affiliate's production so they should reward production.
