I have a domain that I leased out to a webmaster for about a year. During the year that he had it, the site got banned in both MSN and Yahoo.

The domain is a popular domain with type in traffic so I don't want to give it up.

How would I get this domain included in both MSN and Yahoo again?

    Thank you

Put up some nice and useful content before you try the re-include email. Make sure you tell them the whole story.

Even as you know there is no such things as "lease" for them, you are the responsible for the domain. Usually they consider re-inclusion for new owners when the previous owner misused the domain but this is easy to verify from the creation day and the whois info

As people above suggested make your site look worth the re-inclusion and provide them with additional prof for your request
