My domain previously had a Page Rank of 3 when i bought it. I subsequently Parked the domain with Sedo and stupidly submitted my URL to Google. My Pagerank is now showing as possibly Banned. I have now implemented a website on the domain. My question is therefore, should i re-Submit my URL to Google in the hope of re-establishing my Page Rank. CAN MY DOMAIN BE UN-BANNED ??

    Thx

It does look like your domain is not really banned, just zero in value and its important only. This is pretty common happens to "every" parked website. All websites turned into parked one will be re-evaluate by Google. Its important and trust will be diluted to zero.

I hate to saying this, but your domain is not different from a newly registered one. The PR and authority you bought is in vain already. I would recommend you set up a website and put unique content to make them established again. You should get your website verified via Google Webmaster Tools, submit sitemap and be patient before Google acknowledge your new change. It could take not less than 2 weeks. You can build links while the Google is not acknowledge the change yet to maximize your time value anyway.

I suppose, Sxperm is right, you have to work with your domain as if it were an absolutely new one.
