Hmm, read the thread from Search Engine Watch - don't see anything more than common sense there.

This is the second thread in as many days that frets about directories potentially being bad neighborhoods. I think those of you pursuing this concept need to go back to webmaster school and remember that bad neighborhoods relate to the sites you link to not the sites that link to you.

If your site has truly been banned by Google it is more likely than not that there's something that YOU did on YOUR OWN SITE that caused it. If it were so simple as to have poor quality sites link to a site to get it banned - no one would ever rank for anything as all competitors would simply do this to take each other out. Stop and think before you speak.

You come to this forum, make an accusation and when folks ask for FACTS you say they are being unhelpful. Not an unreasonable request, yet one you continue to refuse. Grow up, act like an adult and then you are more than welcome to participate here. Behave like an insufferable brat and you will get treated like one.

And whatever that list was meant to be - by including MSN and Alexa pretty much proves you are not talking from facts and only talking from ignorance.
