If a domain name banned by adsense or google is already deleted on the registry? Will the ban also removed? What if i accidentally registered a previously banned domain name? Would this mean that i wont be able to use adsense on that domain name?

I believe you can email adsense & ask them to lift the ban. Explain that you are the new owner of that name.

True, just send them an email proving you have brought this domain and they will look into it.
