Don't even bother trying to get back in - doing so would be a violation right from the start and you will most likely be banned again.. Maybe not right away, but it will always be hanging over your head.
Move on to other advertising - I have had great success with Kontera.

I think that most people agree that there is no other contextual advertising program that is better than Adsense. YPn used to be close, but now it sucks iass. For me Kontera performs great and nearly as well as Adsense. You should check them out.

If you were talking about the link I posted above, the DBA or business name is not fictitious. It is a legally registered entity in your state.....I have a legally registered business and it is not a corporation. The business has its own Tax number, credit rating, ect that is totally separate from mine...

No doubt, for most people Kontera does not perform as well as adsense. However for someone that has been banned from adsense like the OP, or for someone looking to supplement their Adsense earnings, Kontera is great. i'm sure it doesn't perform well for every website, but it's done great for me.

Ha ha..."ficticious business name" in this case is a legal term; it's the same as "doing business as" or "business name."

While you can have your own EIN, it is still clear that a sole proprietorship has by definition only one proprietor, and it might only be a matter of time till Adsense cracks down on people using this loophole and asks who all those sole proprietors are. With a corporation, they can't do that.

On the other hand, Google probably wants to play this game as much as you do--you've made them a lot of money, now their advertisers are complaining, they kick you out, they let you back in under another name, you make them a lot of money...

I was close to getting Banned a couple of months ago .

I was promoting a Satellite to PC website in April, and they said that particular site was considered hacking and cracking. So i chose a completely different Satellite to PC product to promote, thinking this one would be ok to market on Googles ,and thats when i got the warning that these sites were considered hacking and cracking. If you do it again, you will get banned.

and pray wife wont divorce you or girlfriend wont dump you. risk is less then getting baned again from AdSense but still ..:p

If your site is a high traffic site then don't bother about Adsene unless if you are going to use a new site or new set of sites too. Keep in mind whois check will tell Google who owns or reg'ed the domains. Its lot better find alternative options.

If you're US based, they will get your SSN so I don't think it would be possible to get your adsense account back, you can borrow a friend's account and arrange to split the different.

you need to change your everything to register into google adsense, includes your domain, normally google will take note of your details and also your ip and web domain...so changing them should ensure another account, or else you can wait, and maybe 1 yr or 3 yrs before they will unban you~

By just clicking once can't get you banned. Well, i think it can if you have just logged in your account or if you have a static ip.

As tos rules, you cannot re-encrol again in the programme.
