It your sites are on ur sig then all sites violates adsense TOS. No or not perfect privacy policy. Thats why u got a potential risk banning mail.
Even if they release check before they banned you, you won't be able to Cash it... Check will be bounce i am 99% sure.
the amount was already in payment history , which was successfully brought over from july earnings , i wonder will i get those $ at september even i got ban at 21 august. they dint mention about invalid clicks......
