Banned but need help

Hi members of forum,i had a bad experience finally with adsense when i got banned of my own miniature mistake and i dont hold anyone else responsible for that although i did mail them when i by mistake clicked my ad.Anyways as i was saying my acoount was going good enough and my first cheque worth 187$ was issued but some one week later i got the "You are Banned Mail".Now i received a cheque worth the amount i mentioned some one month back!BUT as i was banned after the issue date, i want to ask if it can be cashed or not?or shall i send it back to Google? any replies...

 

I have heard of some cases where this happened and the check that has already been issued will be paid, but any earnings that haven't been sent yet will be cancelled.

 

If you got a check and you honestly didn't do anything wrong, then you earned it. I'd cash it, at worst Google can put a stop payment on it.

 

Offcourse i did something wrong as i clicked the ad myself(although by mistkae but...),and now that Fryman says it'll be paid up,i'll go for it to get it cashed.Any penalties if the check gets bounced back!

 

I would think that if you were banned after the issue date that the cheque should be good. (But I'm pretty new at this).

You could try cashing, or email them to find out if it's still valid. I wouldn't send it back without speaking to them first. If you did indeed only click your own ad once by mistake, and you emailed them to let them know, then you earned that money.

This is even worse than the guy who got banned for 50 random events.

As others have said, if you got the check cash it... The worst they could do is have stopped payment on it.

If it were a significant amount you run the chance of them suing you for back payments, but in your case that is not likely.

 

Well... hope you enjoy the $187 you cheated out of Google... you would of earned hundreds or thousands more if you'd played by the rules...

I didnt cheated them,its cos i was using a Laptop for the first time in my life and didnt knew how to use the pointing device or whatever u call it!!!

Whatever, dude, as we said, try to cash the check and see if you are lucky, but you won't be getting back into google's program again.

 

I find it very strange that Google would be so nasty at penalising you just for a single click... I would guess that they had more on you than just one accidental click.

 

YES i think that might be the case!But i was banned previously too but that was some few months back and i did mailed them and got my account restored in a week,but this time they say it is due to invalid clicks!

 

Hmmm... well why did you get banned the first time?

 

possibly cos someone took my pub id along with the content!and then the money would grow but not on my channels!
