Tough luck mate. You must've down something that crossed Google's TOS, and there's not much you can do about it. Even if you do write to them and get them to see your side, it could take months, even years, for you to get your account back.
Move on, and start using a different program.

I disagree. I think he should at least try to argue with them to have his account re-instated. Who knows??!! Google might have a change of heart. It sometimes happens.

There's nothing you can do. Google is the authority, and like any authority, they decide if you live or if you die. They choose...
Anyone on the net can get banned anybody, anytime...unfortunately, it's easy as 1-2-3 :(

You actually read the TOS? You have way too much free time on your hands. You are far better webmaster then I will ever be. I am just a lazy IT coder/geek. Maybe if they included pictures and large font, then I might be tempted to read it.

yeah... agree with being under 18 and the images being near nudity that's reason to ban you. google won't reinstate you based on the above...

what type of traffic #'s were you generating to get $600 in adsense income? just SEO traffic?

Yes, you are so right, it's entirely my fault he broke about half a dozen of Adsense's rules because of pure laziness and not reading the TOS. Gee, I'm such a meanie. This is the real world; no one will cut you some slack "just because he's 17". And by the time I was 16, I was already working a full-time job, while STILL in high school, and paying my family's monthly mortgage. Give me a flipping break.

17 year olds shouldn't be slapping pictures of nudity and partial nudity up on websites. That's not what "kids" do.

    Except the legal system.
I think that your post sounded harsh only because it was true.

I don't think he is harsh at all. He is being realistic. I was going to offer my help since I was banned and reinstated but the kid not only has nude pics on his site but he is under age! Is harsh to point that out?

Sometimes what you may think is "helping" is actually all the opposite....

He knew he had some nude pictures but he was too lazy to move them...plus...what the heck was he thinking if thinking at all?

The only "account" he should be worrying about is Math at school.

Now, how harsh THAT sounds to you?

nice traffic at 10k/day... must've been some decent linking sites as well..

being under 18 and putting questionable material on the site is the killer there...

maybe develop another site w/ other ad generating revenue and go from there... sounds like you've got some skills...

where were the links coming from? can pm if interested w/ details...

You don't get it, don't you? Except legal age limit? You think this is a joke? Why is that smilie about? YOU HAVE NUDE PICS on your site and you are under age. So far, you broke those two rules...enough to get you banned and since you were cheating Google about your age then why should we believe you have nothing to do with the invalid clicks?

I don't want to flame anyone but. First of all there is like 3000 pictures, you can't imagine how many times I tried to get rid of all "adult" images and i still missed some.

And then there is the "age" thing. I had two choices i could get drunk every second day and the talk about how i was drunk every other day, or i could code, learn, and earn some money only thing i had to make was to write that i'm 18. AND NO i'm not some neardy guy i have a life :D I'm just thinking one step ahead. (i hope :D )

I don't want to flame you either degy but you should be working on a system that has a pending period for publishing photos. My knowledge of that is nil. But I know it can be done. Then, you spend your time (work) filtering out the blatant nudity. This is what, I believe, REALLY went over the top of the Program Policies and got you banned.

And, it's your choice to get drunk, cheat Google, or work hard.

Ergh, I wouldn't go around voluntarily letting people know you read enough Dilbert to know every character in it. How embarassing.
