    Well it may be also because of your UK credit card but on the other side Google has grown so fast and they have hired lots of stupid employees, thats why lots of people getting banned easily...

    don't worry about it, just register again with another card! but before you do it get a promo code from ebay that gives you £50 advertising for $5 :)
