    That might be true, but what they probably ban for is you using proxies to click the ads and/or clicks which come directly to the site and then click on the ads without looking at anything else...that would be shady. Just guessing though.

    About the banning at $100 thing, it's perfectly logical to check the credentials of the receiver before sending the cash right? That's common sense, they verify before they send the money and if you've been naughty, they take away your candy. They ain't go no reason to keep checking all the time as they have logs which record every activity, so all they need to do is have a little lookie at the payment time to see if everything is in order :)
