Oh, I can't take another heartache
Though you say you're my friend
    I'm at my wits end
You say your love is bonafide
    But that don't coincide
With the things that you're doing
When I ask you to be nice
    You say you gotta be
Cruel to be kind, in the right measure
Cruel to be kind, it's a very good sign
Cruel to be kind, means that I love you
Baby, you gotta be cruel to be kind
Well, I do my best to understand dear
But you still mystify, and I wanna know why
I pick myself up off the ground
And have you knock me back down
    Again and again
And when I ask you to explain
    You say you gotta be
Cruel to be kind, in the right measure
Cruel to be kind, it's a very good sign
Cruel to be kind, means that I love you
Baby, you gotta be cruel to be kind
Well, I do my best to understand dear

You MAY be correct, but I seen posts where people gets their account ban even when they follow the rules of the game. This doesn't happen to Google, there are many other affiiate programs do that too. (Banning people when they are about to reach the minimum payout) :( I feel bad for them.
I must say, sometime Google is a fraud!

*World's smallest volin is playing for people who got banned.. :(

Actually, companies usually wait for you to reach minimum payout till they ban you to make sure they have your propper details, so you can't get another account.

I dont know if its true but it makes sense. When you get your payment pending report you wait a few days for payment made. In that time they are checking your account so it would seem appropriate that they are doing the same on first time payments.

Those are the people that know they did not read the TOS and they did something wrong.

Google tells you that before they send payment, they check your account.
If you did something funny, against the TOS, they will find out and poof!

You come in this forum and cry like a baby that google adsense banned you!
And find out real quick, there is no sympathy for banned people.

Just a note of caution since everyone is quoting the rules on this thread. Talking about or sharing "your" CTR's is also against the rules. I don't think any one knows for sure, but I would say that if you are over 10%, I would be making sure you have good tracking software and be checking the IP's of your clicks closely. I can see getting higher CTR's on a certain "very targetted" page, but definately not acrosss an entire site or domain.

Its a great accounting technique in my opinion.

The 100 dollars that was going to be sent to you was a liablity for the company, and was going to have a -100 effect on the balance sheet, when they ban you that -100, is automatically neutrilized, the money they get from Adwords, which is more than 100 because obviously big G needs his cut.

The 100 dollars that was taken away from you will be given back to the AdWorrds customer in the form of CREDIT!

So by doing this they actually make more of a profit.

Google can only cross check and confirm factual details about payees at the end of month which is convenient for them i guess

I have never heard of stuff like that by Google. It is an honest company and I have already been paid by them more than once before.

Google won't ban you if you click on your ads once or twice ( it might be an accident) . They will ban you if you keep clicking on your ads for some time. They are much more strict than any other company though and you won't click on their ads for long...

Well, you never know what they will be doing. They just state that they will return all the clicks made on accounts with invalid clicks, but you don't know if they will actually do that. Maybe they're going to keep the valid clicks which took place on your adsense account. They do profit, you see, but you never know never know what actually happens only if you work for Google.
