Banned, Anything I can do?

I have got banned from google adwords for the following

A few months ago I was advertising my forum (A PSP Firmware Forum) and I used the words "Hack your PSP" in my ads, This was against googles TOS so they gave me a warning.

A few days ago I started to sell a new prodcut, When I was writing ads for this product I copied existing ads and slightly re-wored them as i thought this definatly would not be against googles TOS. But it was and they banned me

I have written to google saying I think my banning was a bit unfair but they refuse to lift my banning.

Is there anything I can do?? Am I allowed to open an account with my girlfriends details and credit card?? Thanks

I wouldn't try it - but you can probably get away with it if you use another IP address.

Try not to use the same IP address, New Name, New Address
, New Contact Information, everything new as much as you can make it.

    Good Luck

    :)

no, that wouldn't work. I tried. I tried to create a new adword account after first one was banned(still don't know why though). But as long as you are advertizing the same domain name. they will notice it after couple of days and ban your second adword account. Frustrating... especially i don't even know why I was banned on the first account after running the same ads for one year...

Your game is finished. Renew your contact informations but the domain name is to be changed anyway.

In start, sorry for my poor english, I'm from Poland.
No, domain name * DONT MUST BE CHANGE* - you can set ads to redirect page - which is html page with some text (use keywords from your ad) - and i.e. big button - "go to page", or "try it now".
This page can redirect to your original (banned) website. Ofcourse this redirect page *must be well written* (so it will be accepted, and you will have *less pay for ads*).
Good redirect page is the best option.
But even with that Google still can ban your accounts!
You must try and advance, or just send private message to me, and I will help you.
Threw this years I set up many campaigns (paying by adwords vouchers) to one site, and I can help you with setting up good accounts :)
And remember - * DONT CHANGE URL TO WEBSITE * -do what is working, try and advance, or just ask me for help.

I agree with the redirect,Get another domain name and re-direct.
If you are lucky ,Changing only your address will do.

u need to create a totally "profile" is google's view -- which can be anything from the billing info to the IP you used to login. also, if you plan on still running the same things that got you banned - you will prob just get banned again.

    my 2 cents

OP. When you re-worded your ads after the original ban did your new ads also have the offending "Hack your PSP"
line in it? Or was it removed and they still banned you?

Its not the words they have a problem with its the site, and firmware, etc. If you check your hosting company might also have a policy against it..

I have also had an account get banned and I don't know why. I wish they provided a solid reason as to what exactly I did wrong.

I already have Google and Bing ads running and I've tried Facebook, MySpace, and LinkedIn with fewer results. What different advertising channels would you recommend?

What's Pocketcents like? Anyone using that one? I like the flat rate per click but I'm a little worried they focus more on local businesses than e-commerce sites like mine. They dont look like they are a very big either.

I went even further, new domain, new website, new phone, credit card, different ip, name, address. And my new account is again under review. I passionately wait for what they will say. But it seems to me that I did a couple of mistakes: 1. Same name servers, who is information (you should have private registration), now I want to try the last time with obeying all this things
