i come across a lot of threads about users saying their domain was banned from the google index. i also come across a lot of threads in the adsense forum from users saying that their adsense account was disabled. what i'd like to know is, how many of these are dual bans? i.e. the site was dropped from the google search index, and the adsense account was disabled at the same time. please post if you got a double whammy.
