    Adsense cheq. r valid for 6 months, just deposit in your bank account and i hope u will get ur money becoz ur old cheq. is valid till 6 months however u will not get anymore payment which ur ac hve.

    safouan, instead of asking us if we could cash out our money or not, go to the nearest bank and try to cash the check as soon as possible. You got nothing to waste. Best of luck! :D
