I read on some blogs about opinion of people who think Facebook (and also other social netweb) is useless and should be banned. I know that some people is addicted with Facebook and spent much of their time for something bagatelle. But, I think finally it's the matter of our own discipline. What do you think guys?
Banned by whom? Bagatelle? I had to look that one up. "Bagatelle (from the Château de Bagatelle) is an indoor table game related to billiards." I don't understand what that's got to do with Facebook. Is there a Facebook Bagatelle game?
Facebook will never get banned. Atleast in the United States, were not China, we don't stop cooperations for no apparent reason. If your going to say we should ban it because people are just wasting their time on it, they should just ban all the porn on the internet too..
those people are obviously stupid and yes its about discipline and control yourself from getting too hooked. I think facebook or myspace are great ways to connect with people
ive been thinking about the use of social network and is actually not satisfied with its current use. it may be due to the fact that the net was invented to transmit information not people. we'll see if any new technology will arise in the next few years that will boost the people side of the net.
Social network is a great place to market yourself. Make a friend with others and develop our own business network. I have facebook and it help me connected with my classmate even I already graduated from college.
Well its upto people whatever they want to use .. Some valuable things are useless for someone too so does it mean we should start banning everything?
Ban facebook for people becoming addicted and because it's useless. Let's make a list of all the things that should also be banned following this logic: Video Games Cigarettes Alcohol Television except for news related Candy Chocolate Hell, any food that is unhealthy. Should I go on?
The Internet is not ruled nor governed. It has no central point that controls it. Facebook can't be banned unless it publishes illegal content. Simple.

why facebook isa greta tool. I have used it to make friends with people I meet and travel with its a extremely valuable tool. I also use it for website and blog promotion. its up to you if you waste your time or not.
Facebook is nice...I enjoy spending time there from time to time...sharing stuff with friends It should be everyone's choice how much time and effort is spending there...
