Bank transfer question

    I have a simple question.I need to make bank transfer I have cash and need to send it to someone bank account.What I want to know is must I have my own bank account or can simply donate in his account.It is small amount is of money.Also I am not in my own country and don't have residence or something,but I live leggal here(3 mounths allowed),so if anyone is shure please help

    If you have all the banking details, you can do a wire transfer to their account. Depending on which geographic region you may be in, this will probably cost you between US$ 25-US$40 for the wire transfer and if FX component is involved, about 2% overage. Any reputable money dealer that does cross-border payments should be able to assist you with this.

    I haev my friend bank details number bank acc name bank etc,so I need to send him arounf 25$,so I will need to give to the b ank betwyn 20 and 40 $ more?

    Yes, unfortunately in the absence of a P2P system that can handle a sub $10 transactions, this is your viable option. This is how regular cross-border payments work.
