Bank returned money to paypal but balance still zero

    I'm from India, here RBI has rule that if name will be mismatch than bank has right to return the money to the bank account from where it comes. So I transfered $75 from my paypal account to my bank account but it has returned it back to paypal through NEFT, its been 3 days I still haven't recived the money.

    Paypal isn't as fast as NEFT. It can take weeks and months.
    Few years ago, Paypal arbitrarily decided to send me a cheque with all the money and emptied my account. The cheque was not CTS compatible and got rejected. It took around 6 months to turn up in my account. Thanks to this, I lost $3 when the INR-USD exchange value fluctuated.

    Give it 5-7 days time. If I am understanding you right...some of my similar transactions took 5-7 days to process fully when funds were returned..
