Bank---> paypal ???

    I got a savings a/c in my bank in india can i transfer that amount to paypal...is it possible to add funds here in paypal

    No you can't do uplode your funds to PayPal from Indian banks. Only thing is possible is buying PayPal from other Indians but you need to be careful to make deal but for small income.

    PayPal doesn't accept funds in INR. You can withdraw though.

    Yes. You can add funds to your indian paypal account only by credit card.

    No, you cannot do that. Both Moneybookers and Paypal do not permit money exchanges and definitely not between the both of them.

    You actually do not load funds to your paypal account from a credit card, when you make purchases, paypal would act as a pass-through service which allows you to pay for your purchases with your credit card. Only the exact amount of money is being transferred. It is only used on demand and thus does not require you to hold money in your paypal account.

    Actually there is no harm doing this since you would already need to have a credit card to verify your paypal account.
