    Its displays the following error:
I checked the address and all.... but it still gives the same error.

If all info is correct then you can call up your Bank and also contact the paypal regarding the issue.

Ah, that would be the problem. Only an International Credit Card can be used with Paypal since Paypal is based in the US.

You need an international credit card. You are having a domestic use only card. Foreign currency transactions cannot be done through that.

An ATM Card is not a Credit Card. When they say an Credit Card, they mean International Credit Card and nothing else.

If your ATM Card has a VISA or Mastercard logo, have the same 16 digit number format and the CVV2 number at the back, you might be able to use it since it may be a Debit Card. But otherwise, you cannot do so.

Go to your bank and ask for an International Credit Card.

You can't verify your paypal account using any indian debit card (it doesn't matter wether it is local or internationa).

I suggest you to apply for HDFC or ICICI bank's Credit Card and verify your paypal account using that card. You can also apply for addon credit card if your parents, brother or sister has one credit card.

Or if you have an HDFC bank account you can create virtual credit cards and verify using that!

Since Paypal require you to be 18 years old and above, you might want to hold off signing up an account for yourself since you will be breaching your contractual agreement from the start and it could come back to haunt you in the future.

I dont think any bank would give someone below 18 years a credit card. Both ICICI and HDFC would need you to be 21 years to get a credit card.

Or you can get a credit card in your dads name. There are free for life cards from both ICICI and HDFC so make sure you get them.
