Better contact Bank of America employees and ask them about this domain name.

The problem is that "Bank of America" is a trademark and the domain name alone is likely to cause a "likelihood of confusion". BofA can take the domain with a UDRP and/or decide to sue the owner. Don't buy domains that infringe upon a trademark - it makes the domain worthless, actually less than worthless because of the legal liability. I would drop the domain. There is no need to contact BofA - they won't grant usage of the domain and contacting them could result in legal action.

Drop the domain - keeping it isn't worth the legal risk.
