I went to Bank of America to deposit a check. Asked for a pen, they sent me a pen put it in the well (the box were we put the checks and all) is like well too deep to reach. There is no room to get down from the car. I just had to open the door slightly bend over and got the pen. Sent in a check for deposit and guess how the sent me the slip back the same way as they did with the pen. There is a clip on top of the lid which is very easily accessible and the bas** choose not to use it. He is watching me going through the hard ace to get the slip. This is the phone number at the branch: 972-618-6800 When I call to complain, no takes the phone.
Try contacting the headquarters or something to get in touch with a supervisor, then they will take action. Just wait, if they piss off the wrong person, that is bad news for those employees
That is only bank I am using for my business for the last 10 years. It is sad to see that they enjoy playing practical jokes on the customers. When I try to explain the guy he just kept saying what? what? He knew exactly what I am complaining about! I told him he is a ruthless idiot.
I know im typically the wrong person to piss off.. I make sure I speak with whomever I need to speak with. Poor bastards.
I will take a print out and give copies to this manager at the branch. I posted it against their ticker symbol on Yahoo board along with the phone number of the branch – who ever the higher ups see their messages will get the location and managers name immediately. Kids who work part time may not know better. If there is a girl they would like to impress the will do with whatever idea they can get. I feel the manager shoud be paying more attention.
Yea.. guys will do silly things to show off to a girl. Obviously they arent being looked after properly.
I guess, no one would take any action.. if this was happened in India.. I am sure.. they don't even bother to hear such complaints, and when you say.. Ok.. I am going to complaint against you now.. they will write the complaint with die-heart.. but there after they will dump that complaint. Happened to me many times. I am sure, people from INDIA must have experienced the same.
Bank of America sucks... there was a point when they decided to charge me around $xxx.xx in NSF fees and they closed my account. What happened, they sent it to collections. And this was even when I had money in my account, they took out a little too much everytime somebody charged my account Assholes!
