Go into your moneybookers account, under account status you should see Address Credit/debit card Bank account With a link that says Verify next to each one. When you verify your address they send you a letter with a verifcation number on that you have to enter, and for the credit/debit card they take a small amount out of your bank, you check your bank statement and tell them how much they have taken out, then they will verify your credit card and give you the money they took back. For bank verifcation just enter your Bank name, sort code, account number and then they send you a verification code in the reference field of a dummy deposit to your account.
