bank charges are generally 0.5% to 2.5% or they charge 25usd. it depends on the usd amount you want to transfer

Nilesh do you think it will be wise to pay $25 for a $200 Transaction. Or you mean to say that it is the maximum amount charged?

Paypal transfers in INR so you will get 9000 credited to your bank a/c. Make sure you enter all a/c info correctly and the a/c is in your name.
