Bank account verification problem

When I want to Add a new bank account to my adsense account an error occur:

"Duplicate account information. You have already submitted this account."

But I have never used my bank account in google adsense before. I was contact google several time with no response.

Anybody know how I can solve my problem?

Check it again, because when you click on add a new account, then you fill in the fields, and then you submit and then you get the message. You don't get the message as soon as you click on add a new account, do you?
So this account must already be waiting for confirmation on your part. Search for it better.
