My friend is living here in kathmandu and his brother have opened an back account on his name for my friend. I wonder is there any kind of restriction like if both logged in the bank account at the same time, one from usa and another from kathmandu?

Well, you need to check the bank if there is any restriction.

I do travel and I do check my online account when I am overseas and do not face any problem.

But if the account is accessed pretty much at around the same time and each being on the opposite side of the globe, it may raise some red flag. However, it really depends on each banks policy which may vastly be different from the other.

It depends on the bank that you are using. Only your bank can tell you about this

there should not be any problem. But it may restrict 2 simultaneous logins. Best is to find out from the bank directly.
