bank account for non usa resident

hello i am residing in the caribbean, not a national of the usa i dont have a ssn how ever i have a mailing address in miami where all my products are consolidated, i am an internet shopper having problems using my international visa card in walmart and jcpenny due to the card not being a USA visa card, i would like to know what other avenues i have to purchase in these places perhaps where i can purchase or prepaid visa cards which i can reload on paypal as well. i am also having this problems in the UK, may i know where i can have a visa card for the UK as well or open accounts where i can shop online

lmao no no i can shop on websites that accept international cards how ever walmart, jcpenny and bestbuys do not accept credit cards from online outside there geographical boundaries, that is outside of the usa, only way you can purchase from them is if you go into there store physically and pay for the item at the casher

 

any body know how to go pass this, i have been told to use neteller , i can apply for a netspend but paypal does not recoginise these cards i believe, greendot requires ssn which i dont have lol

 

hey i too from the caribbean and also have a miami set up there is a company that offer great visa cards i shop on ebay walmart and all over the net pm me for info oh i also have a us paypal acc i sell online too!

um i do not sell paypal accs , what i meant was that the cards i bought from the site i used to open a paypal acc where i am able to get payments ,since i sell stuff online . not that i sell paypal accs

 

Banks in US need EIN/SSN for opening of the account, as far as I know. I may be wrong here though.

If I were you, I would open a bank account on the US and get a visa check card. It's not that hard, and will save you all those troubles in the future.
