Firstly, Bangladesh is not a paypal support country and if you sign up for an account, you would be breaching your contractual agreement with paypal. As such, you would certainly face problem with it.
Do not use paypal if your country is not suppoted because your account will be limited and You'll loose all your earnings because there will be no way out to unlimit your account. Use any other payment method to be safe.
There are lots people face problem with PP in Bangladesh. Alternative they use MB, Google checkout etc. Even me also use.

Yes. I did some tactics. I know Bangladesh is not granted by PP. But I did in another way. I have 2 verified accounts now. All are working. I'm paying my hosting server payment and domain now.
