Bandwith Skyrocketing

Ever since I have started up my new marketng programs I have been recieving alot of hits. Today when awstats updated at 12 noon I had 20K unique visitors and 9.3GB of bandwith used. I am very excited that I have recieved so many unique visitors to my website but I am scared for my bandwith overages.

I was wondering what any DP Members suggest I should do. Is there a way I could decrease bandwith used by optimizing my site? Switch to a dedicated server? or are there good web hosting companys that cater to my situation?(IE: large bandwith per month caps).

Thank you very much for your help.

P.S. my site is www.sadstatue.com , incase that helps you.

to make yoy bandwidth less you could remove images and place css insted as the smaller the page size the less it will use of bandwith :)

90GB of bandwith per month is a lot and it would take some going to go over that so i wouldnt worry to much :D

if you care to, you can examine your server logs to see if these are all legitimate visitors. Bad spiders/bots are quite often the cause of excessive bandwidth usage. If you find any, just block them in your htaccess.
