    Hi

What bandwidth monitoring software do you recommend?

We've just blitzed through 12gig in a month on a 2 pc lan and are fairly staggered by that. I need to find out usage patterns, sites etc that are gobbling it up.

Doesn't have to be free but it would be nice :)

    +1 for NetLimiter.

The Pro version will also let you shape specific applications (upload and/or download), which is great for those of us with limited quotas. If you're running a torrent client, you might want to check if your ISP counts uploads as part of your total quota - mine does, which means I have to throttle my upload speed down to a crawl.

Once more a product is recommended that doesn't even begin to meet the requirements.

I need to know what machine is using bandwidth. I need to know if it's the computers, the wii, the ipod touch, the ipad or the neighbours.

Are your computers going through a managed switch by chance? (I know it's a longshot, but it's easy if so...)
