Where do I check in CPanel to find out what's going on?

    Thanks!

Is this your server or you are just hosting on it?

    In cpanel:

    General server information:
    Operating system Linux
    Service Status Click to View

Click on Click to View here you can find some information about server load, memory used etc but if you have server with cpanel/whm install then you can find every thing about server from whm. For Bandwidth details click on Web / Ftp Statistics and then Bandwidth

In CPanel, Server Load shows in red.

In WHM, I can't find the option you are referring to...???

If you have a reseller account with WHM then you are unable to find more information but if you have a server with root access then all in your hand

You can check the statistics fron web/FTP stats in cPanel as stated by b4bilal. Also to reduce bandwidth usage, you should enable hotlinking protection if your site has many images.
