Selling Band Promotion website- Adsense earner

I'm looking to sell www.rockbandpromotion.com. It is ranked #4 at last check for the keyword band promotion which gets 8,100 searches per month according to Google with 30,000,000 competing websites. I took adsense off but before I did it was making between $20-25/month including some high clicks over $1-2 each. I have since switched to cpa offers and made 1 sale from musicians friend which was worth 50$ alone. With a little more work it could definitely make a lot of money.

It has a custom designed header and all unique content. Everything is seo optimized and I can also add in the myspace page for the website and show you how I got an extra 1000 visitors in one month.
