No one liked this mini-series? I thought it was the best one I've ever seen. It's very real and shows you the horrors of war, as well as the brotherhood of the men who face it. Just my thoughts.
One of the best series of all time. I own it, and have watched it many, many times. I weep each time. I will be forever grateful what the men and women of that time stood, and died for. It has been a couple of years, but I was also an active member of Wild Bill Guarnere's site, started by none other than Wild Bill Guarnere's grandson. Bill himself has been known to post, and it is a site devoted not only to the men of Easy, and the 101st, 506 PIR, but all who fought in this conflict (indeed, all who now serve). A great site, a great web resource.
