Hello all, I want to ask...if there is violate with my placement.

would google send me a warning email first to change my placement or ban me (without warning email)?

    please your experience...thanks a lot.

Most of people said that were banned without previous warning, and usually a few days before payment, so losing all money from previous month/s.
However I've read here a DP a few people saying that they received a warning email requiring changes to be made on less than three days to keep their account unbanned.
Personally I've never received warning or banned.

It depends what the offence is. From what I can tell the vast majority of people who get banned without warning are those who have had invalid (read as fraudulent) click activity on their account. I think they are more inclined to give warnings for more trivial TOS violations like placement issues.

I got a warning once. They said that if i didnt change the text close to the ad they would ban that site (not the account) from adsense. Then I changed the text (I thought, but I forgot to change it) and told them I had changed it. Then I got another warning!! and that time I made sure I changed it :D

If they think you are intentionally cheating, don't expect to get a warning first.

Why not follow TOS and proper placement so you don't have to worry about it?

I know someone who got 4 warnings in total: some for illegal placement, some for bad keywords on pages (sex, drugs etc.)

So: invalid clicks = ban, illegal placement = warning.
