Hello dear DP Administrators & Moderators,

I would highly appreciate if you read this message completely since it is really very important! Thanks in advance.

I create quite popular threads on DP, for instance, here is my last created thread; it was created only a few days ago, and now it already has 1,922 of views and 238 of replies! (12 pages of replies for several days!). In connection with that I create threads that become so popular I receive just A LOT of PMs daily. For instance, I often receive 50 to 100 of PMs during ONE day. And so of course I sent out a lot of PMs too!

And now, here is the deal.

Last time when I received and sent out a lot of PMs, some guy (that was Agent_Smith) has reported that I sent him SPAM! When in fact, I was simply sending follow ups to all potential clients who were interested in one of my services. (I never send any PMs to people who didn’t ask me about that; I save Usernames of all forum users who asks for PM in Excel spreadsheet, so I have very accurate data in regards to who was interested). And so, last time when I sent out many PMs I was banned! And now I simply AFRAID to send many PMs(!) since if someone just forgets about that he was interested, I can be banned again! (I can provide you with quite many dialogs (made here on DP through PM system) when people forget about that they were interested in just 2-3 days! From time to time I receive PMs & emails like "Hey, stop spamming me! I wasn't ever interested in your services!" After what I send him URL to his post in my thread and he makes excuses).

Can you please tell me what should I do?

What can I do in order I wasn’t banned again if someone simply FORGETS about that he was interested, OR, for instance, if he replies in a FEW of my different threads, and so I send him FEW PMs (that’s another reason why he could also decide that I send him spam).

Please tell me what can I do in order I wasn’t banned next time when someone decides that I send him spam and reports that? Can I at least have a right to prove that I didn’t send spam BEFORE DP moderator bans me (because AFTER I'm banned, I won't have any opportunity to prove anything anymore)? (I will always provide all necessary proofs because I never spam anyone.)

Thank you a lot for taking your valuable time to read this message; I appreciate that. And I would also highly appreciate your advices and especially any your actions which can solve this problem.

    Yaroslav

P.S.: I love DP so much that I am even ready to PAY some regular small fee to at least be able to prove my guiltlessness if someone blames me.

P.S.S.: By the way, in the nearest future I am also going to create about 30 new different threads (mostly polls) each of which may also become very popular (I believe so because I already have quite good experience in creating popular threads; I can give you more examples: thread with 46 pages of replies, thread with 19 pages of replies, and I have more samples).

EDITED: And by the way, here are a few samples of WRONG REPORTS!

Here is my today's dialog with MindBuzz:

Thank you. The mod who issued the infraction(s) will see this thread and follow up if needed.

I am the mod issuing the infraction for a PM forwarded to me. Unlike your example above there is no reference to a thread or post in a thread made by recipient of PM. My advice is if your are sending out PM's that could be interpreted as spam, clearly label in PM this is in response to post (give URL of post) in thread (Give URL).
