Of course I like him. He is fantastic but he need to get more serious if he want to become successful.
I'm glad he was sold from Man City to AC Milan and I hope that he will never play in UK again, as he don't deserve to play in such a good football league...ever. He is immature, mentally disable, spoiled kid with talent for football and that's it. He will soon end up on a streets or playing for a 3rd league team as talent is nothing without hard work and discipline - three words that Mario knows nothing about. AC Milan soon will regret their marketing move, bringing the jersey selling puppet - cos that what this is all about as AC Milan is in deep financial troubles. Mario has been in Italy for 2 or 3 weeks and already managed to be cough by a police...
@Calanau, could not say anything more than that, though his attitude might change now, it can have a great career, it's just up to him to move on. @XFactors: Balotelli a legend? Your knowledge in footnall is pretty poor, well spammed here
He is a legend, though sadly more for what he has done off the field rather than on it...! http://hereisthecity.com/2013/01/30/ld-well-miss-you-mario-five-of-his-best-stories/
Even for that is far from being a legend.... Gascoigne is a legend for off pitch stories, Ribery too but Balotelli is just a kid, only one thing make me think that he is a great guy: 50% of his earnings are going to associations in Afriqua AND, he is one of the first black guy who is call up in the Italian squad facing racist comment even from his own fans
Balotelli isn't special at all. I think he is just trying to get attention doing crazy stuffs out off the court because he can't get attention playing good football. But that is my personal opinion.
I like the guy. For sure he has discipline problems on and off the pitch but when he wants to be he is one of the best strikers around. Euro 2012 semi-final for example, his two goals against Juve in the Copa Italia and his start at AC Milan are testament to the fact that he has bags of ability. If you look at his scoring record then it isn't bad at all: 1 every 3 games for Inter, 1 every 2.7 for City and pretty much a similar record for Italy. He'd be my first choice in the world to take a penalty. Ever seen him miss? Also, he has played his part in winning Serie A 3 times, the Copa Italia, the Premier League, FA Cup as well as helping an unfavoured Italian side to the final of Euro 2012. And he is only 22. Make him the star of your team as Allegri is doing and he will flourish. Mourinho didn't like him and Mancini wasn't strong enough to cope with him or play him consistently.
Balotelli is a legend, not for his football skills, but for his personality and the things he does apart from football. Watch this video: . Regards
Mario is crazy guy, but great player. You remember how Mario play on Europan Championship? And yes, I like him! Inter fans will be mad on him now
Well, when he is serious he is a tough guy to catch with the finishing, dribbling but when it comes off the pitch he is no less than a joker, but a little serious balotelli would do no harm. Edit:He is skillful as well.
