Hi friends, I'm shocked to see my paypal balance showing 'temporarily hold' from this morning. Im a content writer and in the last three days I received $40,$30 and $50 from my buyer after submitting some projects. Today when I opened my account I was literally shocked to see that these 3 transactions are categorized under suspicious transaction and they temporarily hold the funds in my account. I don't know whats going on? I completed my work and I got paid for it. And now they are asking me to provide more information about these transactions transaction like postal address , fax etc. It is not a physical product and how can I provide such proofs??Though I filled some fields and submit it. Now it is showing that 'awaiting response from other side' I contacted the buyer. He said he was satisfied with my work and haven't filed a dispute, but his account was limited due to some reasons. What why my money is being freezed??? I dont know what these **** are doing with my money.... What to do now. I'm not form US. Can anyone give me the email id of paypal service so that I can send a detailed mail to them about the facts. Anyone please help. Will I get my money back? What is a possible solution for this?

You just need to provide them (paypal) documents if they ask for any documents related to those transactions. DON.
Call paypal as soon as possible, tell them that you are a content writer and your products is delivered electronically. They will understand and will help you there. Yes why not. Anyone in the world from anywhere able to contact paypal via telephone. Infact you can call them free using few services. Search for that. DON.
There has to be something dubious about this transactions that made Paypal suspicious. Either your buyers used fraud accounts to pay you or their accounts had multiple logins problems! Either way... do call up Paypal and know the exact reasons and request for early resolution! Regards, RightMan
Forget about the money , its now paypal money... they just dumped you It happened to me , you cant recieve money from anyone with paypal nowadays, they ask for documents . If you get payments from 1000 members you have to provide their address ,delivery docs..etc etc...which is impossible
They hope that your account is accessed without your permission so they put it limited! Better the op can call PP and explain that!
