Did you also set the daily budget? If you don't want it to run out that fast make sure you set up the right daily budget.

you're getting a lot of clicks - that's all, it must be competitive. Are you getting good conversion rates on your KWs? You need to:

    1) set a daily budget

    2) look for more long tail keywords that have lower search numbers but will probably convert better

    3) try switching off your broad match phrases and just using exact / phrase matches

    4) If you're making a good return then just increase the budget!

have you checked in the option of showing your ads on content network? if yes, then uncheck it and run your ads only on Google for some time and study your ROI. there are many MFA sites which encourage click frauds resulting in the wastage of advertisers money.unfortunately, as for now Google can do little about it

You need to check the box that will spread your ads
over the duration of your campaign. I don't remember
what it is called but otherwise your ads will all
run with every relevant search and you can quickly
    use up your budget.

Make sure your Ad deliverance is not on accelerated. We have clients contact us asking the same question, then after giving them a free account review I find that the accelerated feature has cost them LOADS.

That right there is the most important piece to answering your question.
Your about to have spent $1000 on advertising , how is your campaign converting? are you making a profit ?

There are two options in the campaign settings
    1) show ads evenly over time
    2) accelerated - show ads as quickly as possible

you want to set a daily budget and use option 1.

As long as you're making money then it's good, you are getting a lot of traffic.
