balance just dropped 25%

I'm brand new to CJ and I just noticed my balance dropped around 25% and there are NO entries in any report showing any reasons or transactions taking place. Arggg... Is this normal for CJ ??

 

There is for sure:

1 - Select "Commission Detail" On first Combo Box
2 -Select the adequate Period (for example month of April)


You will see the commissions that has been reversed in Red.

Normally the advertises do the reversals in this period of the month (the commissions lock every day 10 of each month)

you can click on detail on the left to check why each one has been corrected.

This is normal: No advertise should pay commission for a a sale that has been returned or for a order from an invalid credit card for example.

 

Thank you! Okay that report does show reversals. Was not easy to find though.

It says "Unqualified Lead" does this mean the form was not filled out correctly or something?

 

Check the Advertiser page in CJ and the Advertiser TOS - it should explain clearly what kind of leads they pay commissions or not.

if you still have doubt contact kindly the advertise and ask for an explanation.

For example some Loans clearly say that they pay $50,00 per lead but they will not pay if the form is filled buy someone that do not has how to prove his financial status - this depend of the advertiser.

this kind of thing hurts in the first time, but is part of our business - just be prepared that next month 25% of your earning will be corrected again.

...or look for another similar advertiser that do not has this kind of limitation.

 

Yeh, something must be up like that. All of them are from just 1 advertiser, and they told me they were "ending" our agreement as of the 4th of May. All the other advertisers seem fine.

 

This is bad.

Have you filled yourself the forms?

if you did it CJ had been contacted and CJ guys may talk with you soon.
