I wonder if he perhaps has the niche to himself in the language the site's written in. Makes me wonder about targeting foreign language content. Usually non US ads don't pay nearly as well, but if you can draw in 25,000+ a day you could certainly make up for the lower cpc in volume.

 

With search engine traffic representing less than 6%, this isn't a matter of SEO.
