Hi, I am pretty new to CJ so I'm not 100% sure of what goes on etc.

Well, yesterday my balance was £255, but I just checked and now it is only £224? Is it usual for balances to go down? :(

    Thanks.

I've had this happen to me before as well. I think what happens is that a sale that went through either was bought with a fraudulent credit card or there was a 30 day money back guarantee and the buyer got a refund. You can check by looking at your commision reports. I think if you choose the option commision details in your reports you can see "corrected" commisions. They turn up in red.

    Hope that helps.

It is becasue of reversals of sales or leads. In cj's reports section, you can click on transaction reports and then from the list, click on earnings on each day. You can see that some of your sales/leads were reversed or adjusted for some %off discounts that were offered etc.

It may not be CJ, certain industries have a higher rate of reversals. Like web hosting for instance.
